How to do the Kotegaeshi Aikido wrist lock throw

The Kotegaeshi wrist lock is one of the main submission holds used in the martial art of Aikido. Like many of the core submissions in the art, it focuses heavily on bending the
opponent’s wrist and using this as a form of control. Whether the outcome is breaking the wrist of the attacker or using it to throw them to the floor and control them, ultimately the Kotegaeshi acts as an ultimatum.

This idea is common throughout Aikido as it poses a dilemma to the opponent who is forced into choosing a bad decision. In modern Aikido, it can also be taught to disarm weapons such as knives and guns from an aggressor. However, it is traditionally used after blocking or dodging a punch from an attacker.

Physically, the Kotegaeshi works by bending the wrist backward towards the forearm. This is done by forcing the palm down instead of forcing it upwards. Generally, wristlocks that place the palm down are far more powerful than those that push the wrist up. The reason for this is that the wrist has a far greater range of motion when being pushed up, as opposed to being pushed down. This means that the Kotegaeshi is arguably one of the better wristlocks in Aikido as it poses a greater threat of damaging the wrist when compared to other wrist-based submissions. Usually, the end-game of the Kotegaeshi is to use it as a throw to put the attacker on the ground. Below we shall look at how to use the Kotegaeshi, from start to finish.

De acuerdo con lo anterior, elabore un blog de forma creativa en el que consolide y muestre diferentes entradas o posts. Adicionalmente organice dos entradas relacionadas con el pensamiento crítico y la alfabetización mediática (Critical Thinking and Media Literacy) y crimen y castigo (Crime and Punishment) propuestos en el componente formativo.

Critical thinking should be inherent to the human, but as we know the human stages, make this is hard to accept due to the absence of common sense, many ways of thinking and the extended ignorance of youth.

In the analogical world, 30 years ago. The media were TV, magazines, radio, books, and movies. 

And now we have to take care of the Internet, but now that there are a lot of channels,  almost any person can expose their thinking and opinion on the internet.

Internet media is easy to access, but there are no filters. Now the TV is the past, and kids learn from many media exposures, games, and cultures.

This expose us all to a media bombarding, that is new for the old people and don´t know how to manage this new channels, and don´t even know how to access them and explain to the younger ones.

Now the way to put ideas in the heads of the people has changed because of the technology, the channel, and the access that would be open or restricted.

Nowadays, literacy is complicated, people do not read, and the ability to reflect on the reading, 

find errors, read between the lines, and decrypt meanings is low. Identifying a secret message or  the guidance to a common way of thinking is more complicated to decipher.

This is due to the low reading exercise, the abandon of the child's reading book companion before sleep, no communication with parents, not sharing movies and books, and not creating a sentimental 

relation with reading.

Reading is a powerful tool and a skill that allows us to grow, and acquire knowledge through other experiences. Allow us to imagine and recreate other worlds with our knowledge and vision.

Crime and Punishment is a story that evolves literature, because it has many connections with psychoanalysis, interesting in the ´point of view of a psychological thriller, it has the components of a good drama.

The main character is Raskolnikov, who is a good person, with ambitions,  searching to be a lawyer, but with few resources, he loses his path and feels disgrace. 

Living in despair due to his debts, surroundings and his shame for not getting a job, and living in poverty.

He has a debt, and has to hide it all the time from his lady landlord, but some female pawnbrokers will lend him money to cover his debt.

The female pawnbroker, who lives with her sister, is stingy, cruel and  usurious, but Raskolnikov needs the money to keep going. He saw the place where the pawnbroker hides the money, and this stays in his mind.

While trying to solve his situation, he found a person who is an alcoholic, his name is Marmeladov. This guy told him that his daughter is a prostitute due to his habits, and his new wife and sons are suffering eviction.

Raskolnikov,  think about the situation and gives the loan to Marmeladov, allowing him and his family to move to another place.

Raskolnikov visits the lady pawnbroker's house. He ties the pawnbroker sister and gets 

the money,  but he uses an axe to kill the women, because he overthinks the situation and he thought that the pawnbroker sister can recognize him.

Alyona Ivanovna the pawnbroker, returns, and he kills her too, escaping from the house after some clients knocked on the door and called the police.

When he returned to his home, he felt the guilt, this took him to the somatic illness. 

He sleeps,  nightmare arise, fever overcomes, and he begins to lose himself. 

Then his mother, Pulcheria, tried to contact him and let him know that his sister 

Dounia lost her job due to Marfa who thinks that she is guilty of having an affair with her husband.

He feels the guilt, but justifies himself, he knows that the pawnbroker was mean, and wicked, but they don't deserved death. His morals come and goes, he is letting himself drifts away, not caring for the way he looks, and feeling sick all the time.

Marfa helps Dounia because she realizes that Svidrigaïlov her husband is the one who is chasing Dounia, and decides to help Dounia to get a rich husband.

Raskolnikov knows that Dounia is sacrificing herself to help him and his Mother.Marmeladov dougther , Sonia fell in love with Razumikhin

He tries to find a job, but his friend Razumikhin sees him and takes him into account, and tell him about his illness, the rags he is wearing, Razumikhin can't help him at the moment.

Razumikhin has a friend who is a police officer, , the investigator of the massacre. He knew 

Raskolnikov and knows about his past as a law student and about the investigations that he made as a student about crimes, and he suspect him.

Zametov, cannot accuse Raskolnikov because he didn't confess, and two guys declared themselves guilty of the crime, taking away any investigation.

Razumikhin, keeps in the path of a mental suffering, because he thinks he did an action that 

save many people from the abuse of the dececed pawnbroker and her sister, he knows that a life must be repected, and he shouldn't took away that life.

Sonia, fell in love with Raskolnikov, after he helps her father, brothers and share his deepest toughs and fears, showing his real soul.

At last, Raskolnikov confesses and is taken to a jail in Siberia. Sonia follows him, showing that her love for him is real.

He found real love in his condemn, love will find its way after jail.

About my experience as an aprentice in SENA, I am very proud of learning in this ADSO Career.We have a lot of things to learn, and sometimes It is very hard because you have to do the same thing over and over again but I´ve been learning and that what matters.

We are experimenting troubles with the platform and it is very complicated due to the misundertandings and mistakes that you some times felt overwhelm and want to quit, but the objetive keeps you on the path.

My plans about this career is to have the programming skill, to improve and offer my new knowledge as a freelance or work as a remote contractor using my language skills and computer knowledge.

Well about troubles and solutions, we have many, in my experience as my father is ill, my mother too, they are separeted, so I have to go go back and ford between their houses and it is very hard to manage. 

So I have to navigate in the sea of troubles trying to reach the shore, get dry and continue the path and in the midtime work , manage the time to do the Sena homeworks and reach my goals.

Well I have a mission, and If I finish this studies as analyst and programming, I will have the skills to work as a freelancer.

Although it is a long path and we are still learning the basics. if i keep in the trail,  my knowledge increase and then I will use them to increase my payment, independece and wisdom.

There are many options around the world, in remote countries, that I can get to improve my abilities, if I keep working on all the acquired then I will find what I was searching for.

De acuerdo con la temática estudiada en el tercer nivel, realice una presentación en inglés y en formato video de un lugar turístico de su región, por medio de un corto video activando su cámara web, con el fin de identificar de forma oral la descripción y razón de popularidad del municipio o ciudad. 

Para la elaboración del video con la cámara web, tenga en cuenta el desarrollo de un guion o estructura, a través de una herramienta como PowerPoint, Emaze, o Prezi, en el que se dispongan algunas diapositivas con imágenes y textos para dar cuenta de la presentación del lugar. 

Diapositivas: durante el desarrollo de la presentación oral, es ideal que presente entre 3 y 5 diapositivas, donde se incluyan los siguientes elementos: 

✔ Diapositiva de portada (datos básicos del aprendiz, nombre del curso, instructor y nombre de la actividad). 

✔ ¿Dónde se encuentra? 

✔ ¿Cómo es? (Use adjetivos para describirlo, como colores, comparativos, etc.)

Estructura del video con cámara web: cuando grabe el video, tenga en cuenta que las fotos, imágenes y textos que use en las diapositivas deben ser un apoyo visual para denotar buena pronunciación y su aprendizaje inicial sobre las temáticas del tercer nivel. 

Para la realización de la emisión del video, deberá encender su cámara web y mostrar la pantalla con las diapositivas creadas. La recomendación es utilizar alguna herramienta digital que permita grabar el video y la pantalla, como Screencast-o-Matic, Loom, Camtasia, recordscreen.io, scrnrcrd.com, e incluso existen aplicaciones como X Recorder para que pueda realizarlo desde su teléfono móvil. Lo importante es mostrar las diapositivas, su cámara web e ir realizando su presentación de forma oral. 

Una vez finalizado el video, debe cargarlo a YouTube o Vimeo, con su cuenta de correo personal o institucional; 

compruebe que no tenga restricciones de visualización para que pueda compartir el enlace de visualización.
